No New Year’s Eve party is complete without champagne, but instead of the bottle, try out these delicate champagne bites!
Ingredients:
3 (¼ ounce) packets unflavored gelatin
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 bottle prosecco
¼ cup sugar crystal sprinkles
Pop Rocks®, for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a microwavable bowl, combine the gelatin and granulated sugar. Stir in the prosecco,
and let it stand for 3 minutes, or until the gelatin is softened. Microwave on high for 3
minutes, stirring after each minute.
2. Pour the mixture into an 8-inch, lightly greased square pan, and refrigerate
for 3 hours.
3. Dip the bottom of the pan in warm water, and unmold the gelatin mixture onto a
cutting board. Cut the gelatin into squares, and top with sprinkles and Pop Rocks®
immediately before serving.
